Chaos to Calm Stop Catastrohising aims to reduce your anxiety and help you to relax and build self confidence and self trust. The visualisation techniques ask you to confront your fears in order for you to see how catastrophising thoughts are irrational and unhelpful. This process takes time and results are individual for everyone and based on how often you use the tools and techniques.
As with all therapeutic tools and techniques they will stir up emotions so please only embark on this inner journey when you are feeling physically and mentally ready and prepared. There is no rush to go through the course so you can go at your own pace and revisit as and when needed. You can easily complete the course in one day but to put it into action and see lasting results you'll need at least 30 days to practice the tools and techniques, whenever is convenient for you.

Think of it as you own personal therapist but for a fraction of the cost. In fact the whole mini-course is only £88 which is around what you would pay for only one session with a hypnotherapist. The content would probably take up at least three face to face one on one sessions with a hypnotherapist like myself. But this course you can listen to, read and watch over and over again.
And what's more, there’s no right or wrong way, you can do it in your sleep!
