To discover your Stress Score, write the number that best relates to your answer to each of the following questions.

Now let’s answer the question ‘How Stressed Are You?’
If you scored 10- 23 – Amazing! You’re one relaxed Muma. Keep chilling and you’ll manifest like a mother.
If you scored 24-35 – Take it easy! You’re rather stressed right now so, take time out to relax and meditate. Even 10 minutes a day can make all of the difference.
If you scored 36 and over – Stop right now! Make a cuppa and put your feet up for 5 minutes and relax before you make yourself ill Muma. Meditate at least twice a day, go for a walk-in nature once a day, even if that’s the school run or walking the dog, get up and out even if you don’t feel like you have the energy (energy creates energy!) And get some fresh air, exercise and vitamin D.
Also repeat some positive affirmations, and get a good night’s sleep.
